Robert is the owner and Office Manager at Capital Flooring & Blinds and the most experienced member of the team, with over 40 years in the industry.
He started in business at 20 and having seen trends come and go throughout his career, there’s very little he hasn’t encountered. This depth of experience allows him to confidently guide customers through the process, ensuring they choose flooring and blinds perfectly suited to their needs. Behind the scenes, Robert plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.
David is the owner and Sales Manager of the business. He partnered with Robert at just 18 so has a lifetime of experience.
David enjoys working directly with customers, taking the time to understand their needs and find the right flooring solutions for each project. Known for his problem-solving skills and approachable nature, he’s committed to making the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
Sam joined the team in 2024 as an apprentice and has quickly become a valued member of the team. His practical ability is developing at an impressive pace, and he is well regarded for his friendly, professional approach to customer service. Sam takes real pride in his work, consistently delivering high-quality installations.
Before joining the team, he spent five years in the RAF, where he developed the professionalism and attention to detail our customers value.
Charles is the owner and Head of Fitting. He began his career at 16 as an apprentice fitter before going on to co-found Capital Flooring & Blinds in 2020. During his apprenticeship, Charles achieved a NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Textile & Impervious Floorcoverings.
With over 10 years of experience, he takes a hands-on approach, spending most of his time on site leading and supporting the fitting teams. Charles takes great pride in ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standard.
Harry is the final owner of the company. He began his career as a 16-year-old apprentice floorlayer, completing his apprenticeship within two years and achieving a nationally recognised NVQ. Three years later, he went on to establish Capital Flooring & Blinds.
With 10 years’ experience in the industry, Harry now has a diverse role within the business, covering estimating, sales, fitting and administration, so you’re sure to speak to him at some point!
