I've had a stroke but needed a new stair carpet & vinyl at the front door. These guys were so wonderful to me. They bought so many samples to my home for me to pick from. Then arranged date & time to install it all. The young man who installed the carpet on the stairs & the vinyl at the front door was so polite & smiled so easily i knew I'd picked the right shop. I've now got the carpet I've wanted for 2 years & it looks wonderful. Thank you so very much. I've been singing your praises to everyone. Excellent customer service and quality carpet and installation. Charlie and his team had to lift my flooring to allow access for our plumber. They also replaced our stairs and landing carpet. Then relaid our hallway floor. Highly recommend them for any hard floor & carpet supply and installation.
Just had our lounge floor done with LTV paneling and we're so pleased with how it looks, the guys worked so hard to get it done in a day in the heatwave we currently have. We'll be using capital flooring again soon, highly recommend this company. Jackie and Mick Holmes

We were recommended to use Capital Flooring by a friend. As they are local to us in Ilkeston we went to their shop. Firstly, the shop is very well presented with a lot of display areas specifically for carpet. Robert is a very friendly and helpful person. We chose a carpet that was pretty much identical to one we saw elsewhere. It was a pricey carpet but that's what we wanted. Install was done within a hour for 1 room and I cannot fault them at all. 100% will use Capital again and would recommend all my friends and family to use them too.
The guys at capital flooring & blinds are excellent. Being in the trade myself I have used quite a few flooring contractors over the years, I won’t be using anyone other than capital flooring again. The quality of their work is second to none, friendly and accommodating of any needs and a really great price. Couldn’t be happier.
Can’t thank Capital Flooring & Blinds enough, the lads were so polite, friendly & their work ethic was second to none! They laid LVT herringbone style flooring in our newly renovated kitchen and it was the perfect finishing touch! Very impressed with the service and quality. It is very hard to find decent people that turn up exactly when they say. Price was very reasonable. Harry is super professional. We had stairs carpet fitted and was so impressed we got a quote for hallway and dining room flooring. Had that fitted today and it is another perfect job. Thank you!!
